BRAUMS provides Parking Space Monitoring Sensors as part of their Parking Guidance System. These ultrasonic sensor determines the distance to the ground. If thedistance is reduced due to a vehicle parking under the sensor, the„Occupied“ status is sent to the higher-level area controller. TheCentral Station displays the change in status, and the area controlleractivates the optionally available parking indicator light accordingly.
Up to 75 sensors can be connected to each area controller bus.Individual addresses can be set on the sensor by means of DIP switches.The sensors have an integrated red and green LED. Additionally, in casearchitectural circumstances (columns, etc.) block visibility, a separatebay light can be connected to the sensor.
