About BRAUMS
BRAUMS was founded in 2011 and has offices Australia wide, including an office in Shanghai, China. BRAUMS has a strong national and international distribution network with agents and distributors in New Zealand, China, Philippines, Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Fiji, Ireland, Qatar and The Middle East.
Yes, BRAUMS has offices and warehouses across the nation including Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth. BRAUMS maintains stock in each of these locations to support our customers with faster supply times and local service.
BRAUMS proudly traded in Queensland as KVM Traffic for many years. It was decided in July 2021 to retire the KVM Traffic name and trade solely as BRAUMS Pty Ltd and align with the rest of the business across Australia. The name change does not affect any products or services. BRAUMS still has a QLD team ready to provide great service. BRAUMS still has a QLD warehouse stocked to the gills.
Best of all BRAUMS still has the same ABN, same bank account, same ownership and same address.
There are currently two models available; the Touch-Less Pedestrian Push Button and the Touch-Less Pedestrian Push Button with LED Wait Indicator. The LED Wait Indicator model offers all the features as the standard model with an additional LED indicator to reassure pedestrians that their call has been registered.

The BRAUMS Touch-Less Pedestrian Push Button utilises an infrared sensor to register a pedestrian's hand wave signal. BRAUMS retained the traditional mechanical push button and audio tactile features for the hearing and vision impaired. For more information, please visit our product page.

Support & Training
Yes, with VC6.X our controllers can cater for up to 32 Signal Groups, 48 Loop Detectors plus 8 Pedestrian inputs, or up to 36 external inputs (pedestrians, emergency vehicles, railway inputs).
Yes. BRAUMS provides a web-based Return Materials Authorization (RMA) system. This allows registered users request an RMA number and once approved by BRAUMS staff, the client can ship the product to BRAUMS for repair. The RMA system will notify BRAUMS of this and immediately start a workflow process that tracks the investigation and repair of the product. The RMA system confirms receipt of the goods via email.
Clients can check online on the status of the repair 24x7.

Yes, BRAUMS provides training to electrical / ITS contractors, mainly out of our Sydney office. However, training can be provided anywhere in Australia. Training is scheduled based on demand.
Training is provided across a range of topics including Traffic Controllers, Traffic Signals and associated hardware, smartmicro traffic sensor configuration and many other topics.

In supporting a better environment and reducing waste, BRAUMS now provides online installation guides. These guides are richer in content, more detailed and support multiple versions or revisions of product. Scan the QR code on the BRAUMS product box to be taken to the installation guide for the product. While we are transitioning to online only provision of installation guides, there may be some guides that are still included in the box with the product for a short while to come.
