More Efficient, Less Stressful Parking
BRAUMS' off-street parking solutions provide a more efficient, less stressful parking experience for drivers in secure, controlled parking zones, such as private complexes and multistorey car parks. We combine the most suitable products for the specific needs of each job, integrating a range of different technologies for effective parking facility optimisation.
Off-Street System Components
The technology we offer is second to none. From car counters, which detect how many vehicles have entered and exited a car parking area via inductive loops, to ultrasonic and bi-directional overhead sensors that measure how many vehicle spaces are available per level, with little to no intrusive hardware. These devices are connected to our state-of-the-art Variable Message Signs to present drivers with an accurate indication of the number of spaces available. In addition, we also use overhead ultrasonic sensors with built-in LEDs to monitor and display the occupancy status of individual bays, gathering and sending real-time data to a cloud-hosted Parking Guidance System via an Industrial PC. In this system, parking bay availability can be communicated directly to drivers via an iOS or Android mobile application.
