BRAUMS' stores are co-located with its offices and handle the shipping of all cargo or goods from BRAUMS' stores.
Any end user wishing to have their goods repairs must contact BRAUMS to obtain an RMA Number and then mark the hardware to be returned to BRAUMS with that RMA number.
To obtain an RMA number you must have an BRAUMS Member account.
If you don't have an BRAUMS Member account then click on Request a Member Account.
For goods being exported from Australia, BRAUMS prepares the necessary goods declaration and classification that accompanies each shipment. This information is prepared by our Storeperson listed below.
