BRAUMS' stores are co-located with its offices and handle the shipping of all cargo or goods from BRAUMS' stores.
Any end user wishing to have their goods repairs must submit an RMA to obtain an RMA Number and then mark the hardware to be returned to BRAUMS with that RMA number.
To obtain an RMA number you must have an BRAUMS Member account.
