BRAUMS acquires Quick Turn Circuits (QTC) Traffic Solutions

BRAUMS is delighted to announce the acquisition of Quick Turn Circuits (QTC) Traffic Solutions.
Established in 1995 with headquarters in Sydney, Quick Turn Circuits (QTC) has over 20 years history in
developing, manufacturing and maintaining traffic and transport related systems. QTC is one of the
leading manufacturers of traffic controllers in Australia, based on the Sydney Coordinated Adaptive Traffic
System (known as SCATS®). SCATS® is used and operated in 32 countries, more than 200 cities and
controls some 65,000 intersections worldwide.
QTC, now a BRAUMS company, is one of only three authorised SCATS® distributors globally for TfNSW,
selling their TSC4 traffic controller around the world.
QTC has sub-distributors in many regions across the globe including Colombia, Ecuador, Ireland, Qatar,
China, Brunei, Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Samoa, New Zealand, Pakistan and across Australia.
BRAUMS is the sole shareholder.
Andrew Bull, Managing Director of BRAUMS Pty Ltd, also becomes the Managing Director of QTC.
There will be further announcements to follow as we take this very exciting step forward for both BRAUMS
and QTC.
BRAUMS recently acquired the assets of Aldridge Traffic Systems (ATS) and this latest acquisition of
QTC firmly cements BRAUMS as a leading global player in the Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) global
landscape.
