Controller Shipment Notification

 

Your ATSC4 Controller order has now been shipped to the installers.

A Linking Sydney engineer is to advise BRAUMS or its INSTALLERS when the Site will be ready so an installation date can be set.

When a date has been agreed with BRAUMS or one its installers, the date will be recorded on BRAUMS' website calendar. 

An email notification will also be sent to you, but the website will always record such information for your reference at any time you can access the website.

Reminder to all Engineers about site conditions

• Ensure the site is provisioned with Mains AC power before commissioning date.
• Ensure a comms line has ACTUALLY been connected to the site if modem comms is needed.
• If the modem is a Microconnect DIAL IP - REMEMBER to ask Network Services to add THIS SITE NUMBER to RADIUS Authentication Database. If this is not done the controller WILL NOT communicate with the TMC to complete the commissioning.
• All field cabling is complete AND numbered for our installers to connect.
• All civil works and road line marking to be completed prior to controller installation.
• A TfNSW Site Inspector HAS BEEN BOOKED for this date and his mobile phone number emailed to our installers.
• Please note that if any of the above items are not provisioned at the time BRAUMS install the controller, an additional site visit may be chargeable.

Cancellations

Please note Linking Sydney or its subcontractors cannot accept cancellations 4 hours before close of business the day prior to a SCHEDULED installation due to internal resource scheduling.
